John Robbolino Artist

John Robbolino Jr. is a renowned American painter and sculptor who transitioned from a record-breaking career in commercial pictorial arts to mastering fine art. His career is defined by a mastery of scale, ranging from massive public murals to intricate, dimensional studio pieces.

Early Recognition: A child prodigy who swept the Craftsman Art Fair in New Jersey and received an early invitation to study with Disney Studios.

Commercial Mastery: Became the youngest Grade A Master Pictorial Journeyman at Gannett Outdoor, spending a decade creating photorealistic images on a monumental scale.

Record-Breaking Murals: Acted as Master Artist for a 15,000-square-foot mural in Jersey City, which was at the time the second largest in the world.

Signature Technique: Developed "Altorilievo" (High Relief), a unique sculptural-pictorial style that blends Renaissance techniques with modern mixed media like stucco and hand-blown glass.

Current Focus: Founder of Bella Villa Artistry in Florida and a dedicated educator, leading master workshops in Umbria, Italy, to teach his specialized techniques to the next generation of artists.
